Shipping

  • Shipping available to USA and Canada.
  • All shipments require a signature for your protection and ours. Porch thefts are more and more common.
  • You will receive a carrier tracking number once the package ships.
  • If you will not be able to sign for the package, please ask the shipping carrier to either deliver on a day you will be available, hold the package so you can pick it up or redirect the package to a new location.
  • In stock items ship in one business day or less
  • Shipment of built-to-order items are subject to the build lead time estimate. This is an estimate and not a guarantee.
  • Shipping costs are carrier supplied quotes based on actual shipping costs to the destination.
  • If your package arrives damaged:
    • If there is significant damage to the box, refuse shipment, do not sign for it, and then contact us.
    • If there is damage after opening the box, take pictures of all damaged parts and any damage to the box. Please email the pictures to us so we can start the process.
    • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package to report the damage. No warranty claims with be accepted after this time period.
  • If the package is not deliverable and returned to us:
    • You may choose to be refunded the product’s total cost minus the original shipping cost, minus shipping back to us (equal to the original shipping cost), minus a 20% restocking charge.
    • Or, you can request we reship the package for an additional carrier shipping charge to the destination.
  • Shipping costs only cover the transportation of the package, you are responsible for any customs, duties, tariffs, taxes or any other charges.
