Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

  • You may return a product within 30 days from date of delivery. No returns will be authorized after this time.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us first and wait for a return authorization.
  • If your package is damaged due to shipment, please contact us first and do not request a return authorization.
  • We must receive the returned package within 15 days of approval.
  • Except in the case of shipment damage or product defects, you are responsible for the full cost of return shipping and packaging.
  • The product must be in new condition with no signs of use.
  • All parts must be returned.
  • Please use the original packaging or equivalent. Damaged returns means the product is not in new condition an may be refused.

Refunds

  • After receipt and inspection of the package and compliance of the returns conditions, we will credit the original method of payment the total cost of the product, minus the original shipping charge, minus 20% restocking charge.
  • Banks sometimes delay the posting of refunds, please allow extra time for processing.
  • If the returns conditions are not met, we may (at our sole discretion) accept the return or choose to refuse the return.
  • If the package is non-deliverable and returned to us, an additional return shipment charge (equal to the original shipping cost) will be deducted from the refund.
